  1. International Benefits Management:
    • Oversee and manage global employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and additional ancillary benefits.
    • Collaborate with local and international vendors to ensure efficient delivery of benefits services.
  2. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to local, national, and international benefits regulations and employment laws.
    • Stay updated on changes in global benefits legislation and modify programs accordingly.
  3. Program Development:
    • Design and implement international benefits strategies that align with the organization’s objectives and employee requirements.
    • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive and appealing benefits packages.
  4. Employee Assistance:
    • Act as a resource for employees regarding international benefits inquiries and concerns.
    • Provide support and guidance on benefits enrollment, claims, and resolutions.
  5. Data Evaluation and Reporting:
    • Examine benefits data to assess the effectiveness and usage of international benefits programs.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on benefits trends and recommendations.
  6. Vendor Relations:
    • Build and maintain relationships with benefits providers and brokers.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  7. Training and Communication:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CEBS, GBA) are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits, particularly in international programs.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and benefits program design.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and benefits management software.
