Job Overview

Fragomen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Program Consultant - Global to join our team. As a key member of our global immigration services firm, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, and be part of a leading team in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the management of worldwide immigration programs for companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500
  • Create internal protocols for case teams and other support teams in a format that is easy to use and follow
  • Monitor execution of processes, identify areas requiring review, and suggest methods for improvement
  • Work with the Firm's back office to ensure data integrity
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the use of technology for program data flow and management
  • Involve appropriate resources within the Firm to discuss these opportunities with clients
  • Support clients' reporting needs and work with the Firm's reporting team and other resources to provide standard, tailored or 'on demand reports' to clients
  • Establish internal and external reporting schedules and monitor performance and quality of reports
  • Regularly communicate on current matters and conduct systematic case status reviews
  • Establish recurring calls for case status and services; include members of the Global Immigration Program Management Team, as necessary
  • Analyze process flows and communications, recommend areas for refinement or improvement, and develop new processes, as needed
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics data (SLAs and satisfaction surveys) to ensure compliance with client commitments and exceptional service levels, and identify learning and opportunities to optimize performance
  • Coordinate projects such as corporate restructuring (divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions), new market launches, and group moves
  • Support projects related to client onboardings and implementations
  • Identify project scope, requirements, and schedule and create a project plan
  • Provide centralized project oversight and updates through selected project management tools
  • Work with designated client teams worldwide; and
  • Draft presentations for internal or external events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a case worker capacity with an immigration law firm, department, or corporate immigration function, program management, and/or client service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player that is eager to collaborate, learn, and innovate
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and must be very comfortable with innovative technology
