About Our Team
Koch's Global Mobility team offers comprehensive domestic and international relocation support, tax and immigration consulting, as well as strategic Global Mobility guidance to meet business requirements. Our diverse team of over 20 professionals operates across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, providing Global Mobility assistance to all Koch entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily case management, offering direct support to employees and resolving issues related to relocations.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance domestic relocation processes, utilizing technology and industry best practices.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing employee inquiries and ensuring a seamless relocation experience.
- Collaborate with external service providers to facilitate smooth relocations, including logistics, temporary accommodations, and real estate services.
- Track and evaluate relocation trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and Canadian domestic relocation procedures, including local regulations, tax considerations, and housing markets.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve challenges unique to domestic relocations, such as housing, education, or community integration.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong partnerships with relocation service providers, focusing on quality of service and performance assessment.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies that can enhance domestic relocation processes, such as expense management or vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze relocation patterns and generate actionable insights.
