Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Tracking Specialist to manage procurement transactions effectively. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with opportunities for full-time employment and benefits after a specified period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for procurement transactions related to bank-financed projects.
  • Engage regularly with Supply Chain Management (SCM) contacts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Receive, categorize, and monitor all purchase orders and contracts by project, vendor, and procurement type.
  • Track committed costs and predict logistics expenses for materials.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracking sheet accessible to all SCM personnel, Finance, and Treasury teams.
  • Oversee procurement cost and schedule tracking, ensuring all spend is recorded and categorized.
  • Manage invoice processes, including monitoring project communication channels for vendor invoices.
  • Aggregate and submit invoices to the Treasury group regularly.
  • Collaborate with Treasury contacts to ensure timely processing of purchase orders and invoices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control activities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and advanced spreadsheet functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to foster collaborative relationships across various teams.
  • Basic project management skills are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in procurement-related cost tracking.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard development and visualization enhancements.

Work Schedule: This position follows a 9/80 work schedule, allowing for a balanced approach to in-office and remote work.
