Your Role

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Purchasing Manager and collaborating with Sales, Construction Managers, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing inventory and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
  • Conducting thorough vendor research and selection to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Assisting in the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Key Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • Proficiency in standard software applications, including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A college degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of purchasing experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with the BRIX system is a plus.
