- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous conditions for the organization.
- Establish and maintain a network of dependable suppliers to guarantee a steady and effective supply chain.
- Issue purchase orders for necessary materials and services, ensuring precise specifications and prompt delivery.
- Track order status, monitor shipments, and address any issues or delays with suppliers.
- Evaluate and compare supplier quotes to identify the best value for the organization.
- Manage procurement budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial objectives and project budgets.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies and process enhancements to improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to verify adherence to quality standards and contractual commitments.
