Accounts Receivable Specialist

As a key member of the AMAROK team, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the company's cash flow by ensuring timely and accurate billing, collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining detailed records of all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate daily collection efforts to customers in a professional and courteous manner, building strong relationships and resolving any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collect and apply payments received through various channels, including mail, email, bank lockbox, and other sources, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review account balances to assess collection efforts required and execute collection steps in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document collection activities in customer account notes, providing clear and concise information for future reference.
- Resolve remittance discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring that all accounts are accurately reconciled.
- Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and provide solution support to customers, promoting a positive and proactive approach to collections.
- Address customer billing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear explanations and solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting software programs, with the ability to operate related office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounts receivables, with a strong understanding of cash flow management and collection procedures.
