We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to become a part of our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting various functional teams by facilitating new market introductions and developing effective revenue strategies. This position collaborates with leadership to enhance process improvements, ensure compliance, and maintain comprehensive documentation for revenue-generating departments. The Revenue Operations Analyst is accountable for monthly reporting and compliance to keep the objectives of revenue-generating teams aligned. By delivering strategic data insights, this role will aid in the acquisition, retention, and growth of both B2B and B2C customers, thereby supporting targeted revenue goals. This position handles sensitive information and is required to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CRM usage to ensure proper implementation, maintain data integrity, and generate a variety of reports utilized by finance, marketing, department directors, and executive team members;
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships within the sales team and other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Care, Service Delivery, and Product Development;
  • Assist in managing sales compensation processes, ensuring confidentiality, adherence, decision-making, and developing new commission structures while updating existing processes for improved efficiency;
  • Administer recurring reporting packages on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including updates, distribution, data analysis, and adjustments based on evolving processes;
  • Identify reporting inconsistencies and monitor software platform usage to ensure compliance with company standards;
  • Create, update, and maintain internal processes and customer-related materials, training documents, etc.;
  • Travel to various business-related events and other Ritter Communications locations as necessary;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Revenue Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the telecommunications industry, operational processes, and sales methodologies;
  • Proficiency in various software applications, particularly advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred;
  • Ability to compile and consolidate information from diverse data sources to create advanced reports for lead management, forecasting, and budgeting;
  • Capability to review or develop processes and procedures for optimal efficiency;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of sales personnel, various departments, and senior management;
  • Aptitude for facilitating functional team meetings and translating business needs into effective processes and procedures;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines;
  • Capacity to work independently with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills relevant to job responsibilities;
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes; must possess a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with one year of experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is preferred.

High school diploma or GED and prior experience in customer service, order management, or operations is required. Experience in a sales coordination role is advantageous.
