We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and support our revenue-generating departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Assist in creating and maintaining effective revenue initiatives, partnering with leadership to own process improvement, adherence, maintenance, and creation of documentation.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide monthly reporting and ensure compliance to ensure the goals and objectives of revenue-generating departments are kept on track.
  • Data Insight: Provide strategic data insight to facilitate the acquisition, retention, and growth of B2B and B2C customers in support of targeted revenues.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of records and information, exercising sound judgment and making decisions consistent with the job responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of experience in telecommunications or other technology industry preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of telecommunications industry, operations, and sales process; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
