About the Role:

As a Vice President - Senior Financial Analyst I, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions within the agricultural sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our dedicated customer relationship team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' credit and operational risks utilizing diverse data sources, including financial statements, cash flow analyses, and historical performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Relationship Managers during client evaluations to deepen your understanding of their business needs.
  • Product Structuring: Propose credit product structures that align with company policies based on thorough financial analysis.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist Relationship Managers in managing their portfolios effectively, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of annual reviews and loan strategy reports, ensuring ongoing compliance and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of agricultural credit practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills, including forecasting and risk assessment.
  • Competence in MS Office Suite and financial modeling tools.
