Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting various functional groups by facilitating new market launches and developing effective revenue strategies. This position collaborates with leadership to enhance process efficiency, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance within revenue-generating departments. The Specialist is tasked with monthly reporting and compliance checks to align with the objectives of these departments. By delivering strategic data insights, this role aids in the acquisition, retention, and growth of both B2B and B2C customers, ultimately supporting targeted revenue goals. This position requires handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee CRM usage, ensuring data integrity and generating diverse reports for finance, marketing, and executive teams;
  • Foster strong relationships within the sales team and across departments including Marketing, Customer Care, Service Delivery, and Product Development;
  • Assist in managing sales compensation processes, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to established guidelines;
  • Administer recurring reporting packages, updating and distributing as necessary;
  • Identify discrepancies in reporting and monitor software usage to ensure compliance with company standards;
  • Create and maintain internal processes, customer materials, and training documentation;
  • Travel to various locations as required for business purposes;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Revenue Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the telecommunications industry, operations, and sales processes;
  • Proficiency in software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred;
  • Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources to create advanced reports for lead management and forecasting;
  • Capable of developing efficient processes and procedures;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with sales personnel and management;
  • Ability to lead functional team meetings and translate business needs into actionable processes;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to work independently;
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment;
  • Willingness to travel for business needs and possess a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in the telecommunications or technology sector. A high school diploma or GED with prior experience in customer service, order management, or operations is required, and experience in a sales coordination role is advantageous.
