Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Applications Coordinator to join our innovative team. This role presents a unique chance to utilize your technical expertise in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The ideal candidate will oversee the management and coordination of applications within the organization, deliver IT support, and handle ERP systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main contact for all inquiries and issues related to applications.
  • Ensure all applications operate smoothly and are well-maintained.
  • Provide technical assistance and resolve application-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to align application systems with the overall IT framework.
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of ERP systems such as Infor XA and SAP.
  • Design and deliver training programs for users to improve their application skills.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify issues and ensure peak performance.
  • Work with various departments to assess their application needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and recommend enhancements for existing systems.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all application management processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in application coordination, support, or a related role within the Engineering sector.
  • Expertise in managing ERP systems, particularly Infor XA or SAP.
  • Strong technical foundation in IT support and application management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills for complex application issues.
  • Proficient project management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage effectively with all staff levels.
  • Proven track record of staying current with technology trends and applying this knowledge to enhance existing systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
