Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
This role supports the Family Success Center team with day-to-day tasks, special projects, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors with a welcoming attitude and manage visitor sign-in and out process.
• Assist with event calendar management and maintain shared spaces and kitchen facilities.
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared for events and meetings.
• Provide administrative support to the FSC team and complete day-to-day tasks as assigned.
• Sort and distribute mail for partners and staff.
• Refer community resources and utilize 2-1-1 services when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people and treat them with dignity and respect.
• Effective public speaking skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic with emphasis on integrity and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable and able to complete tasks in a prompt, effective, and efficient manner.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 per year
