Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support various projects and programs aimed at improving operations and understanding compliance requirements for third parties.
  • Assist the Program Manager with problem-solving, providing guidance, and access to necessary tools.
  • Collaborate closely with third-party vendors to provide support, ensure quality assurance, deliver training, and execute the program.
  • Identify gaps, support decision-making conversations, and lead the implementation of optimal solutions.
  • Manage administrative tasks: coordinate deadlines, assist with scheduling, take meeting notes, update roadmaps, and maintain clear records of dependencies and progress.
  • Monitor, assess, and communicate regulatory changes, emerging compliance risks, trends, and new self-serve features to key partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist business, operations, and other key stakeholders in responding to escalations by conducting, compiling, and presenting research as required.
  • Measure and report program progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive focused projects.
  • Travel within the US and potentially internationally as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
  • Previous experience in program management, customer service, account management, compliance, and/or operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in writing concise posts, longer documents, and making presentations, as well as explaining complex requirements verbally.
  • Comfortable leading meetings with key strategic partners and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ability to present updates in large team meetings.
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools like Asana.
  • Experience working with developers, clients, third parties, integrity, and compliance is advantageous.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, liberal arts, or business-related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in the tech industry (preferred).
