Customer Success Manager

At SmithRx, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operational leadership and customer success teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Provide coaching and guidance to customer success teams to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop opportunities for growth and expansion with existing customers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefits and pharmacy benefits, with experience working with commercial health insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
