Product Marketing Role at CircleCI

CircleCI is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for our product and features. As a key member of our Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for generating customer insights, crafting compelling narratives, and creating marketing collateral to drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow our developer audience and drive adoption of our product and features.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to bring products to market thoughtfully and effectively.
  • Understand our customers, target segments, buyer personas, and the community to serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and narratives for our offerings.
  • Create marketing collateral, programs, and campaigns to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Present and train individuals across the organization on processes, programs, and enablement materials.
  • Define measurable success metrics, own reporting and analysis, and drive for results using data to measure progress and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles for a tech company.
  • Prior experience working on go-to-market initiatives, with a proven playbook for Product Marketing success.
  • Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs.
  • Influence product development and product strategy.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with empathy for users and the ability to adapt communication to engage with the right stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and ability to explain and distill information about technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Bias towards action and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving, hyper-growth environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally.
