We are seeking a seasoned product manager to lead one of our top company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of taking products from inception to growth in a smart and iterative way.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end partner and customer experience for our partner products and their success as a durable business. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strong opinions on strategy for partnerships and drive growth through iterative learning and validation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will be able to distill complex ideas into clear action plans and make trade-off decisions with stakeholders.

This is an individual contributor role with broad autonomy and agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering value for our customers and driving growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong opinions on strategy for partnerships to achieve company vision and OKRs
  • Deeply understand customer and partner needs to develop suite of solutions that meet partners where they are
  • Lead the product development team building our platform for partner solutions and API to serve our most sophisticated partners
  • Partner with other PMs and their teams, and commercial and operational partners to innovate on how Taskrabbit best serves customers and creates more work opportunities for our Taskers
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years in product management or a highly cross-functional background with technical experience or demonstrated aptitude
  • Direct experience working on external APIs, third-party integrations, or multi-party products like marketplaces or B2B2C
  • Strong customer focus and ability to distill complex ideas into clear action plans
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to think strategically
