Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is essential in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing timely updates regarding their application status.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial engagement through to onboarding.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate information and statuses.
  • Oversee logistics for interviews, including room arrangements and necessary technology setups.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to facilitate an efficient hiring process.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Engage in talent planning and work with hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment events to source and assess potential applicants.
  • Develop and manage an internal employee referral program.
  • Support both short-term and long-term recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Assist the Human Resources Department with additional administrative tasks as required.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Adhere to established processes to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Follow company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant military or work experience is acceptable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience:

  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Ability to assess talent from a large volume of resumes.
  • Familiarity with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS systems.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable and adaptable with a sense of humor.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
