Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the HR Manager and the Human Resources team, the Recruiter will oversee the comprehensive recruitment process. This includes sourcing and engaging potential candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. The position necessitates a collaborative approach with the HR department and hiring managers across various divisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment events to discover and attract high-caliber talent.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and assessing skills and qualifications to align with job specifications.
  • Draft and publish job postings on ADP and other relevant platforms, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the HR manager to ensure all requisition forms are accurately completed and that compensation trends are up-to-date.
  • Guarantee that all recruitment practices adhere to legal regulations and uphold diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Maintain precise records of candidates in the recruitment pipeline and provide regular updates on the hiring process to management.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff and applicants.
  • Partner with Human Resource Management and hiring managers to strategize recruitment efforts based on staffing and workforce requirements.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new staff members.
  • Support HR staff with additional tasks as required.
  • Occasionally travel offsite for training sessions, recruitment events, and employee-related activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of two years of recruitment experience is required, with a preference for experience in healthcare recruitment.
  • A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related HR field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADP HRIS or similar systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Understanding of relevant state and federal employment laws.
