We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. This role is essential in managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all candidates and hiring managers involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing timely updates regarding their application status.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate information and statuses.
  • Oversee logistics for interviews, including room bookings and technology arrangements.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to facilitate a seamless hiring process.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Engage in talent planning with management and assist in evaluating candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment events to identify potential applicants.
  • Support the internal employee referral program.
  • Contribute to both short-term and long-term recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends and standards.
  • Assist the Human Resources Department with various administrative tasks.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Adhere to established processes to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Follow company policies and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or relevant military/work experience; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a recruiting role is preferred, with a strong ability to assess talent through a high volume of resumes.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
