Key Responsibilities as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Develop expertise in your industry. Go above and beyond to gather market insights and trends, becoming the go-to resource for candidates and clients.
  • Expand your professional network by connecting with and identifying top candidates and clients in your sector.
  • Participate in and assist with organizing networking events and podcasts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues by sharing advice and market intelligence.
  • Work alongside other brands within the Trinnovo Group to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
  • Enhance your visibility on LinkedIn by sharing relevant market information and job postings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings with candidates and clients.
  • Consistently achieve the monthly targets set for your role.
  • Think creatively and approach challenges with innovative solutions.
