Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Porta Kleen's market presence within an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include prospecting and generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize Porta Kleen's strategic market presence within an assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with potential and existing customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage sales data and analytics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience in a business-to-business setting
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid Driver's license with a good driving record

  • Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
