Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at WIN Waste Innovations. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by utilizing a consultative selling approach to sell our services to small, medium, and large business customers within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Effectively manage prospects by developing sound marketing plans and maintaining key information
Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales
Demonstrate expertise in waste evaluation skills
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, including meeting customer retention goals
Communicate to and work with the Sales Manager to resolve unique customer issues/concerns
Reduce lost accounts by diffusing cancellation requests
Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for proactive account retention
Increase revenue and profitability by executing sound plans on retention calls to improve the customers' service and/or profitability
Offer and quote pricing for service on demand as encountered during customer contact
Play a key role in meeting sales and pricing objectives by proactively promoting WIN Waste Innovations services
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell existing customers and refer opportunities appropriately
Understand and effectively communicate Business Unit pricing and service strategies
Work with Regional Sales Manager to identify and proactively market regional account opportunities
Effectively use Win Waste sales tools (i.e. , Proposal Tools, TRUX, Pricing Tools, etc.)
Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to prepare complex proposals and make recommendations on equipment optimization and leasing options
Increased understanding of appropriate local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience or equivalent job experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to successfully market to small, medium, and large accounts
Demonstrated leadership
Proficient use of personal computer and Win Waste sales tools (i.e. , Proposal Tools, TRUX, Pricing Tools, etc.)
