About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Territory Manager to join our RespirTech team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in the clinic and hospital setting to promote our InCourage airway clearance therapy solution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare teams and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful direct field sales experience
  • Ability to work in the field 90% of the time, including some overnights
  • Previous experience in durable/home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales
