Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at WIN Waste Innovations. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of our services to small, medium, and large business customers within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting customer retention goals and communicating effectively with the Sales Manager to resolve unique customer issues.
Develop and implement sound marketing plans to effectively manage prospects and meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales.
Demonstrate expertise in waste evaluation skills and increase knowledge of potential customers, pricing, and competition.
Offer and quote pricing for service on demand as encountered during customer contact and play a key role in meeting sales and pricing objectives by proactively promoting our services.
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell existing customers and refer opportunities appropriately.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two (2) years of sales experience or equivalent job experience. You should also demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to successfully market to small, medium, and large accounts. Leadership skills and proficient use of personal computer and our sales tools are also essential.
