  • Maintains and orders office and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Provides record retention support activities, including handling and storing sensitive documents.
  • Coordinates with Facilities Services to address building management issues and concerns.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software is a must.
