We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Clerk-Advanced. This role will be responsible for coordinating inpatient services, including adult psychiatric services and treatment services for adolescents.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate admissions and provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and data.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and paperwork.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- At least three months of experience in office administration and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This position will perform work in a hospital and office setting with exposure to Visual /Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage.
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's license.
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and all terms/conditions of that agreement apply and must be adhered to.
