Position Summary

Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to meticulously monitor the flow of packaging materials from the storage facility through the production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track the transfer of materials from storage to production.
  • Collaborate with Production Leads and operators regarding material usage.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between production needs and Oracle system ingredient specifications.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Generate reports to assess material requirements.
  • Prepare and oversee daily reconciliation of all materials.
  • Perform and validate cycle counts.
  • Review production batches on a daily basis.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; trade school or occupational training is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in inventory management or production.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Capability to operate in production, warehouse, and office settings.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Forklift operation skills are advantageous.
