Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conference Coordinator to lead our signature annual conference aimed at enhancing partnerships with churches nationwide. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage the planning and execution of this pivotal event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and actively support the ministry through prayer and actions.
  • Lead the strategic vision for the annual conference, ensuring it deepens engagement with church partners.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Christian thought leaders and emerging trends within the ministry sector.
  • Develop event concepts from initial ideas to full execution, creating an exceptional experience year after year.
  • Oversee all logistics for the conference, including vendor management, budget oversight, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate the planning process for content, speakers, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to devise a comprehensive collateral plan and propose innovative marketing strategies to support the event.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are prepared for promotion and post-event engagement.
  • Collaborate across departments to synchronize timelines and enhance overall event coordination.
  • Continuously seek improvements to elevate the conference experience.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in event management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and intermediate computer skills.
  • Familiarity with local and state regulations relevant to events and operations.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills; technical writing knowledge is a plus.
  • This position is remote with the requirement to travel at least 30% of the time.
