Role Summary

In this position, you will be accountable for the precise monitoring of packaging materials as they transition from the storage facility through the production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the transfer of materials from storage to production.
  • Collaborate with production leads and operators regarding material usage.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between production needs and Oracle system ingredient specifications.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized paperwork.
  • Generate reports to assess material requirements.
  • Prepare and uphold daily reconciliations of all materials.
  • Conduct and verify cycle counts.
  • Review production batches on a daily basis.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; trade school or occupational training is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in inventory or production-related roles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Capable of functioning in production, warehouse, and office settings.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Forklift operation skills are advantageous.
