Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse MDS Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at Touchstone Communities. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance within our facilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess a valid and current Texas RN nursing license or an RN license from a Compact Party State. A strong understanding of reimbursement frameworks such as Medicare and Medicaid, along with experience in MDS nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to the RAI process.
  • Maintain knowledge of reimbursement systems to optimize patient care and facility operations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
