Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Philanthropy team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Philanthropy team, including coordinating events, managing donor databases, and handling gift processing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, prospects, and grateful patients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of committee meetings and special events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • 4 years of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5 years of successful administrative experience, preferably in a hospital, academic, or non-profit research organization.
  • Campaign experience is a plus.
