Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting such as an HMO, medical group, or hospital.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Certification in Case Management (CCM, ACM) upon hire.
- Specialty Certification in areas such as Oncology, Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, Transplant, or Wound Care upon hire.
- 3 years of experience in utilization management or case management.
- Experience in managed care settings.
