Soporte Financiero y Presupuestario

  1. Contabilidad:
    • Mantener registros financieros precisos y actualizados para cuentas personales y comerciales.
    • Conciliar estados de cuenta bancarios, estados de cuenta de tarjetas de crédito y transacciones financieras.
    • Preparar y mantener libros contables e informes financieros.
  2. Preparación y Cumplimiento Fiscal:
    • Coordinar con asesores fiscales para preparar y presentar declaraciones de impuestos.
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones fiscales federales, estatales y locales.
    • Mantener registros y documentación fiscal para fines de auditoría.
  3. Gestión de Gastos:
    • Rastrear, categorizar y conciliar los gastos personales y comerciales del ejecutivo.
    • Preparar informes de gastos detallados y asegurar el reembolso oportuno.
    • Monitorear presupuestos y proporcionar actualizaciones financieras regulares.
  4. Planificación y Análisis Financiero:

  3. Gestión de Comunicaciones:

  3. Confidencialidad y Discreción:
    • Manejar información sensible y confidencial con la máxima discreción y profesionalismo.
    • Asegurar la privacidad en todos los asuntos personales y profesionales.

Soporte Operativo y Estratégico

  1. Gestión de Proyectos:
    • Supervisar y coordinar proyectos especiales, asegurando la finalización oportuna y la alineación con los objetivos de la empresa.
    • Asistir en la preparación de propuestas de proyectos, informes y presentaciones.
  2. Planificación de Eventos:
    • Planificar y ejecutar eventos corporativos, reuniones y conferencias.

  3. Reuniones Ejecutivas:
    • Preparar y distribuir materiales, agendas y actas de reuniones.
    • Coordinar y gestionar la logística para reuniones ejecutivas.
  4. Investigación y Análisis:
    • Realizar investigaciones y compilar datos para informes, presentaciones y toma de decisiones.
    • Proporcionar información y recomendaciones basadas en los hallazgos de la investigación.

Habilidades y Cualificaciones

  • Educación: Se requiere título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 5 a 7 años de experiencia apoyando a ejecutivos de nivel C con un sólido trasfondo financiero.
  • Habilidades:
    • Habilidades excepcionales de organización y gestión del tiempo.
    • Fuerte conocimiento financiero y experiencia en contabilidad, preparación de impuestos y análisis financiero.
    • Dominio de software contable, Microsoft Office Suite y otros programas relevantes.
    • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
