Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide business operations support to our corporate real estate brokerage team at Metasys Technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized record-keeping and filing systems to ensure seamless access to information.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Conduct research and prepare materials for mass mailings to support marketing efforts.
  • Process expense reports and reconcile receipts to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Sort, prioritize, and distribute inbound mail, and coordinate outbound mail to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle phone inquiries and resolve issues related to department policies to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM experience a plus.
  • Real estate experience highly preferred.
