Job Title: Business Development Director

At RNGD, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Gulf Coast region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our brand presence, and cultivating enduring relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth and Brand Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to increase business revenue and strengthen our brand power.
  • Opportunity Identification and Negotiation: Identify and present business opportunities to leadership, leveraging your market insight and relationship-building skills.
  • Networking and Lead Generation: Leverage your professional network to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Industry and Community Engagement: Attend industry events and conferences to promote our organization, build relationships, and generate leads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in generating and securing business/projects, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end RFP process effectively.
  • Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and provide strategic direction in business development initiatives.
