Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams
- Provide technical support and training to customers and sales teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Technical Field
- 8+ years of industry experience in sales or marketing
- 4+ years of experience in a technical sales role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 60% within the territory
- Experience with instrumentation, especially Level Measurement
- Experience with heavy industries such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refining, and Power
- Demonstrated success in winning and growing business
