Business Development Manager Opportunity at Emerson

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Technical Field
  • 8+ years of industry experience in sales or marketing
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical sales role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 60% within the territory
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with instrumentation, especially Level Measurement
  • Experience with heavy industries such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refining, and Power
  • Demonstrated success in winning and growing business
