Job DescriptionCompany OverviewNOLA Management Group is an innovative company that connects clients with new consumers through targeted marketing and acquisition solutions.
Our personalized approach drives brand loyalty and reduces consumer churn.
Responsibilities- Conduct market research, create territory profiles, and execute field marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Account Marketing Director to set and execute outreach targets.
- Develop a reliable relationship with the client and clearly communicate planned initiatives.
- Execute day-to-day field operations to support defined marketing and outreach metrics.
- Conduct training, coaching, and mentoring activities with newer representatives.
- Ensure field marketing strategies uphold client guidelines and standards.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management (or 3+ years direct experience).
- At least one year of experience in a client or customer-facing position.
- Experience in promotions, sales, or as a brand ambassador is a bonus.
- Prior team management or mentorship skills are highly valued.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Perseverant, goal-oriented, and possess high-quality standards.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Skype, and internal software programs.
