Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Bellwether Technology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to leadership
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • College degree or equivalent preferred
