- Competent in navigating information systems and the internet.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher education degree.
- Experience with SAP software.
- Familiarity with the optical industry, including knowledge of optical products and terminology.
- Bilingual proficiency in French.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and process customer orders.
- Address customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to find optimal solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and categorize call types.
- Maintain service levels and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries about order status, shipping, and stock availability.
- Manage inbound calls for up to 90% of the assigned shift.
- Perform additional duties as required.
