Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Global Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Work closely with sales representatives, managers, and directors to ensure seamless customer support and sales alignment.
  • Prepare and share reports from PowerBI or PCS to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Assist with bids, eproc requests, and GPO onboarding to ensure timely and accurate customer support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer needs and issues, and expedite rush requests as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven sales support experience.
  • College degree or internal Global Industrial experience preferred.
  • Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
