Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operation of guest service shifts, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operation of guest service shifts, including planning and coordinating front- and back-of-house guest service operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Manage room inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Administer schedule adjustments, ensuring optimal staffing levels and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical and soft skills for customer service representatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and train staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional hospitality service skills.
  • Working knowledge of property management systems and other software programs.
  • Comprehension and literacy for analyzing reports and making data-driven decisions.
  • 1 year of supervisory or management-level experience in a hotel, timeshare, or hospitality service environment.

Compensation:
