Key Responsibilities

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for:
  • Welcoming and registering guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and addressing guest inquiries.
  • Managing guest accounts and processing transactions accurately.
  • Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Documenting guest requests and resolving any issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Preparing end-of-day financial reports and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Qualifications

Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a front desk or night audit role in the hospitality industry.
Skills:
  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Other Expectations:
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
  • Be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
