Key Responsibilities
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and registering guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Providing outstanding customer service and addressing guest inquiries.
- Managing guest accounts and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Documenting guest requests and resolving any issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Preparing end-of-day financial reports and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a front desk or night audit role in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
- Be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
