We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Associate to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome and Check-In: Greet guests warmly and efficiently, providing a smooth and seamless check-in experience.
  • Resort Information and Services: Share knowledge of the resort and surrounding area, including amenities, activities, and local attractions.
  • Room Rate Quotes and Reservations: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on room rates and availability, and assist with reservations and cancellations.
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Process cash and credit card transactions, balancing cash receipts and performing bucket checks as required.
  • Guest Services and Support: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Basic Math Skills and Cash Handling: Possess basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
  • Computer and Office Skills: Have basic computer and office skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems.
