RESIDENTIAL HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Residential Housekeeping Supervisor who shares a commitment to excellence and brings enthusiasm to every task. Our Residential Housekeeping Supervisor has the opportunity to enhance our guest experience by demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the Resort and embodying the Golden Rule in every interaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversees a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of designated residential areas. Conducts interviews, training, and scheduling for staff. Performs performance evaluations and addresses disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Organizes daily work schedules, collects time sheets for assigned areas, and monitors the daily progress of Residential Attendants in each home. Inspects completed tasks to ensure all standards are met, providing coaching when necessary.
  • Coordinates maintenance requests with Engineering and Property Managers for residences managed by HVH as required.
  • Supports the development and execution of strategies and initiatives aimed at consistently enhancing and expanding all aspects of HVH.
  • Promotes the full range of HVH Housekeeping services to current and prospective homeowners, contributing to business growth by identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Maintains open lines of communication with homeowners, Property Managers, and all HVH staff to ensure service standards are upheld for each member.
  • Monitors the performance of Residential Attendants, ensuring adequate supplies are available for cleaning tasks. Inspects the cleanliness of residences and storage areas maintained by the HVH team.
  • Plans and executes duties and events that support departmental and business interests.
  • Understands and adheres to loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Observes employee service behaviors and provides constructive feedback; continually strives to enhance service performance.
  • Ensures exceptional customer service and addresses guest concerns and complaints.
  • Prepares reports related to occupancy, payroll, and departmental expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping services is preferred.
  • Availability on weekends and holidays is required.
