Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Colonial Williamsburg Company. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with training and development of Front Desk Attendants
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role; hotel or hospitality experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in hotel software systems
