Position Overview:

The Head of IT Operations at True Group, Inc. is responsible for steering and overseeing the organization's information technology framework, ensuring the effective development and execution of robust and secure IT systems. This pivotal role supports the strategic objectives of the company by integrating technology seamlessly into business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute IT strategies that are in harmony with the company's business goals and expansion plans.
  • Supervise the architecture, deployment, and upkeep of the organization's IT infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, networks, and security protocols.
  • Direct and manage the IT division, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of IT personnel.
  • Guarantee the security, integrity, and accessibility of data and IT services through robust cybersecurity measures and comprehensive disaster recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ascertain technology requirements and devise solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and contractual agreements to ensure economical solutions and high-quality service delivery.
  • Remain informed about emerging technologies and trends to foster innovation and operational efficiency within the organization.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory obligations.
  • Provide technical direction and support to staff, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related challenges.
  • Compile and present reports on IT performance, initiatives, and strategic projects to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Master's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Strong expertise in the Microsoft software ecosystem, including ERP and CRM systems, with extensive experience across leading business software platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing technology projects, including ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in the food sector or a comparable fast-paced industry is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly regarded.
