Position Overview:

The Director of Information Technology at True Group, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and directing the organization’s technology operations. This pivotal role ensures the effective design and execution of robust IT systems that support the company's overarching strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT leadership, strategic development, and team management, with a strong focus on aligning technological advancements with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute IT strategies that are in harmony with the company's business vision and expansion plans.
  • Supervise the architecture, deployment, and upkeep of the organization's IT framework, encompassing hardware, software, networks, and security protocols.
  • Lead the IT division, including the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of IT personnel.
  • Guarantee the security, reliability, and accessibility of data and IT services through comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and contingency planning.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to assess technology requirements and devise solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee IT financial planning, vendor partnerships, and contractual agreements to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
  • Remain informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to foster innovation and operational efficiency within the organization.
  • Establish and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory mandates.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related challenges.
  • Compile and present reports on IT performance metrics, ongoing projects, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Solid expertise in the Microsoft software ecosystem, including ERP and CRM solutions, with substantial experience across leading business software platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing technology projects, including ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Skilled in budgeting and resource management.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in the food sector or a similar dynamic environment is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly valued.
