Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute IT strategies that are in line with the company's overall business goals and expansion plans.
- Supervise the architecture, deployment, and upkeep of the organization's IT framework, which encompasses hardware, software, networks, and security protocols.
- Lead the IT division, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of IT personnel.
- Guarantee the security, integrity, and accessibility of data and IT services through robust cybersecurity measures and comprehensive disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess technology requirements and devise solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee IT budgets, manage vendor partnerships, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to foster innovation and operational efficiency within the organization.
- Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory obligations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related challenges.
- Prepare and deliver reports on IT performance, initiatives, and strategic projects to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft software ecosystem, including ERP and CRM solutions, with significant experience across leading business software platforms.
- Proven track record in managing technology projects, including ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and the execution of IT initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Skilled in budgeting and resource management.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in the food sector or a similar dynamic environment is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly regarded.
