Position Overview

Role Summary

The Label Manager is responsible for overseeing the label's releases, which includes marketing, promotion, public relations, distribution, merchandising, licensing, social media strategy, and tour organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Artist and Repertoire (A&R): Collaborate with the CEO to identify, sign, and nurture the growth of artists.
  2. Marketing and Promotion: Elevate the visibility of artists and their releases through various channels, including traditional advertising, social media, and securing media opportunities such as interviews and television features.
  3. Artwork Management: Supervise the design or creation of album artwork, promotional materials, and any other visual assets necessary for marketing musical products.
  4. Distribution Coordination: Work with distribution partners to ensure effective digital and physical release strategies.
  5. Data Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on performance metrics.
  6. Event Representation: Act as the company representative at selected industry events.
Required Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in music management or a related discipline.
  2. Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
  3. Strong project management capabilities.
  4. Well-developed administrative skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficient networking abilities.
  7. Willingness to work from the corporate office as needed.
